Project Role Description :Provide L1L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and services across multiple platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, addressing issues as they arise and ensuring that all systems operate within defined models and processes. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, implementing technology solutions, and collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
- Experience with system administration and network management.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools.
