Job Description Mandatory Skills: 3-5 Years experience in Security Advanced Support
- Experienced in security tools Qualys/Tenable & Ms defender
- Hands on experience on Azure arc and MDC/MDE
- Hands on experience on Linux & windows needed
- Cloud /Vmware knowledge
- Experienced in performing deep technical analysis of the critical and zero day vulnerabilities and help in prioritization
- Scripting knowledge to perform basic automation for the simulation of vulnerabilities and analysis Security Operations:
- Experienced in security tools Qualys/Tenable & Ms defender
- Hands on experience on Azure arc and MDC/MDE
- Hands on experience on Linux & windows needed
- Perform vulnerability scan and compliance assessment
- Stakeholder coordination, governance and generate reports
- Generate risk score based on asset criticality & severity
- Stakeholder coordination, governance and generate reports
- Analyse SOC alerts and logs Scope of work & Deliverables: Security Advanced Support
- Work with key stakeholders for security tools onboarding
- Work on alternate security solutions for systems as needed
- Support onboarding and troubleshooting issues Security Operations Engineer
- Vulnerability and compliance reports analysis, prioritisation
- Remediation follow-up and tracking
- PBI reporting
- Operational risks identification and documentation
- Security improvements/risk remediation follow up and tracking
- Documentation Acceptance Criteria: Common for both roles
- Complete necessary training as necessary when required
- Maintain the mandated security requirements and maintain confidentiality for the data & product architecture
- Create Jira/SNOW tickets for each activity under RUN/TRANSFORM/INNOVATE categories
- Complete the planned activities as per the agreed timelines and any delay is reported and the mitigation plan for execution
- Work with cross functional teams to track the security tools deployments, resolving technical issues
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritisation of critical tasks
- Ensure documentation is updated with the right quality
- Security Incident containment/remediation support and troubleshooting during business hours, but also support outside business hours in case of emergency support
- Provide 1 month of transition to the replacement resource in case of exit with no additional cost Hybrid working in client office as per the Nokia business hours policy Support in non-business hours and weekend in case of major security incidents or emergency troubleshooting Behavioural Competencies : Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written) Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies CGI is an equal opportunity employer.
