    • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to enforce unified security baselines, remote data wipes, and application restrictions across endpoints.
    • Manage the procurement, technical onboarding, hardware rotation, and secure decommissioning phases of the enterprise technology lifecycle.
    • Vendor Management: Partner with procurement teams to lead contract negotiations, pricing models, and service renewals with hardware, software, and cloud providers.
    • Monitor and enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), internet providers, and third-party IT support entities.
    • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Develop, update, and own comprehensive business continuity plans (BCP) and IT disaster recovery (DR) protocols tailored for multi-site physical operations.
    • Design and execute DR drills to validate recovery point objectives (RPOs) and recovery time objectives (RTOs), and incident workflows to ensure quick failovers and data restoration during critical outages.
    • Stakeholder Management: Translate complex network, security, and infrastructure risks into transparent, impact-driven reports, and collaborate with stakeholders so planned upgrades cause minimal disruption.
    • Act as the internal trusted advisor for infrastructure & cybersecurity investments, matching business expansion targets with scalable infrastructure roadmaps.
