ROLE MANDATE

Own end-to-end architecture for secure, scalable, supportable, and upgrade-conscious ServiceNow solutions. Lead executive and technical workshops; define target-state roadmaps; establish architecture controls, integration and data principles, quality gates, and non-functional requirements; oversee estimation, prototypes, testing, and deployment readiness; mentor technical talent; and support presales, scoping, proposals, and delivery governance.


MODULE-SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITIES

CSM Architecture
Define CSM architecture across accounts, consumers, products, assets, sold products, install bases, cases, and custom applications; guide CSDM relationships, security, identity, data, middleware, and integration patterns.
GRC Architecture
Architect Policy and Compliance, Risk, Vendor Risk, Audit capabilities, scoring, assessments, issues, indicators, entities, reporting, scoped security, workflows, portals, integrations, and migration.
HRSD Architecture
Define target-state HR Case/Knowledge, HR services, Employee Service Center/HR Hub, portals, chat, analytics, shared services, HR integrations, security, data, workflow, and custom-application standards.

ITAM: HAM/SAM Architecture
Define HAM/SAM architecture across hardware, software, operating systems, data centers, and end-user environments; shape Active Directory, discovery, procurement/licensing, and enterprise-data integrations.
ITOM/CMDB Architecture
Define Discovery and Service Mapping strategy, CSDM-aligned CMDB, CI lifecycle, service models, reconciliation, governance, data-source onboarding, quality controls, optimization, and platform roadmap.
SecOps Architecture
Define SIR, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance architecture; design secure SIEM, scanner, CMDB/Discovery, data, access, automation, testing, monitoring, and governance patterns.

PLATFORM CAPABILITIES

REQUIRED / EXPECTED

• Extensive complex ServiceNow design and implementation experience
• Architect-level depth in at least one listed module
• Advanced integration, security, data modeling, governance, and non-functional design
• Executive consulting, facilitation, decision-making, team leadership, mentoring, and lifecycle quality ownership

PREFERRED

• Advanced Administration, CSA, and CAD
• One or more module-aligned CIS
• CTA or comparable architecture credential advantageous
• ITIL, Agile/Scrum, enterprise/security architecture exposure
