Role & responsibilities

• Lead Oracle and/or SQL Server database operations, major incident resolution, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Design, implement, and support High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Drive database performance tuning, optimization, scalability, and capacity planning initiatives.
• Lead automation and operational efficiency programs using scripting and database tools.
• Mentor database administrators and provide technical guidance across projects and operations.
• Support database migration, upgrade, consolidation, and modernization initiatives.
• Establish database security, governance, compliance, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve database reliability and service quality.
