Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI, RAG, and AI Automation solutions.
• Lead technical implementation of AI initiatives and guide engineering teams on solution delivery.
• Develop scalable AI architectures using industry-standard frameworks and best practices.
• Establish and support MLOps/LLMOps practices including deployment, monitoring, observability, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical reviews, solution quality, and delivery excellence.
• Ensure Responsible AI adoption, security, compliance, and governance standards are followed.
• Drive reusable frameworks, accelerators, and innovation initiatives to improve engineering productivity.
