Information Technology Technician

Position - IT Technician

Location -South city1 Gurugram

Role & responsibilities:-

• Assists employees with technology issues
• Reports network interruptions and server outages
• Troubleshoots system errors and failures
• Scans for and removes computer viruses
• Repairs and maintains computers and laptops
• Monitors support requests and documents all processes
• Develops and maintains preventive measures to avoid internet-related interruption
• Installation and maintenance of Biometric systems, Printers, IP Cameras, and Projectors.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• At least 2 years of work experience (Education Industry)
• Advanced knowledge in commonly used Mac and Windows operating systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exemplary problem-solving skills
• Experience with networking protocols
• Associate degree; Bachelors degree in IT or any related field preferred
• IT technician certification preferred
