IT Support Engineer

Pay: 25000 per month (Open to Negotiations)

Reports To: IT Manager / Management Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking devices, and other office equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, and user accounts.
• Assist in managing servers, local networks, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, backups, and data security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while providing timely technical support to employees.
• Support production computers, biometric devices, CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and service when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, software licenses, and system records.
• Work closely with different departments to understand their IT requirements and provide practical solutions. Company consists nearly 100 devices with expectancy of rapid growth.
• Stay updated with new technologies and contribute to improving the company's IT infrastructure and digital processes. Requirements:
• Minimum requirement: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, servers.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, networking concepts, and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data backup, cybersecurity, and IT best practices is preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to support users across different departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Adityapur Industrial Area.
