Job Purpose

to Ensure that SAP S4 HANAis properly utilised by our US users and all transactions are through system

to resove all issues appearing in US transactions on timely basis

Main Responsibilities

Serve as the SAP MM/PP subject matter expert supporting two US manufacturing facilities remotely from India during US working hours

- Coordinate and track ongoing SAP project workstreams — liaising between client stakeholders, implementation/support partners, and end users

- Own and resolve Level 1 (L1) support issues for MM and PP modules — procurement, inventory management, material master, production orders, MRP, capacity planning, BOM/routing

- Conduct end-user training sessions for US-based factory personnel on SAP MM/PP processes and best practices

- Monitor daily transaction issues, prioritize and triage tickets, and escalate complex issues (L2/L3) to the appropriate specialist or partner

- Support configuration reviews, minor enhancements, and testing for MM/PP-related change requests

- Maintain documentation: process guides, training materials, and issue logs

- Provide regular status updates to the client and consulting lead on open issues, training progress, and project milestones

- Collaborate with cross-functional module owners (SD, FI/CO, QM, EWM) where MM/PP processes intersect

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of overall SAP experience, with **strong hands-on expertise in MM and PP modules** (S/4HANA GROW preferred; S4 HANA-RISE experience acceptable)

- Prior experience supporting or implementing SAP for **discrete or process manufacturing** clients

- Demonstrated experience handling **L1/L2 production support** — ticket triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution

- Experience **coordinating with US-based stakeholders** and working comfortably across time zones

- Prior experience **delivering end-user training** (virtual/remote training delivery a plus)

- Working knowledge of integration points between MM/PP and other modules (SD, FI/CO, QM, WM/EWM)

- Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SolMan, JIRA) preferred

## Preferred / Nice to Have

- SAP S/4HANA certification in MM or PP

- Exposure to manufacturing execution or shop-floor integration

- Experience working in a consulting/managed-services model (client-facing role)
