About this role
We are looking for an IT & Systems Intern to support our day-to-day technology requirements across media, publishing and events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT and technical support to employees.
- Assist with hardware, software, printer and network troubleshooting.
- Support laptop and system setup, software installation and updates.
- Maintain basic IT asset and equipment records.
- Assist with technical requirements for meetings, events and conferences.
- Support day-to-day IT operations and other technology-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software and networking.
- Good troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
