Position: IT Intern
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Location: Corporate Office

Role Summary:
The IT Intern will support the IT team in day-to-day technical operations, user support, system maintenance, and IT asset management. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate IT infrastructure and technology support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues.
• Assist in installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Support user account management and access-related activities.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities, including system setup and access provisioning.
• Coordinate with users and vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT support documentation and records.
• Follow information security and IT compliance guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
