Information Technology Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to pre-sales, requirements engineering, solution discovery, project estimation, and delivery coordination for web applications, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding complex business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, supporting technical teams during solution design, and acting as a liaison between clients, sales, project managers, designers, developers, QA engineers, and cloud specialists. The role requires strong client-facing communication, analytical thinking, documentation expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to support projects from initial discovery through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery meetings and requirement workshops.
• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare proposals, feature lists, project scope, effort estimates, assumptions, exclusions, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, developers, designers, QA engineers, cloud teams, and solution architects.
• Support web, mobile, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, system integration, automation, and AI-related projects.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements through technology, automation, cloud adoption, and AI.
• Manage requirement changes, project risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, project reviews, UAT, and client presentations.
• Maintain clear project documentation and ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• Build strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Identify potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, pre-sales, functional consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience with web applications, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and project proposals.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and priorities.

Preferred Tools and Skills

• Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar tools.
• Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CRM platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini.
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or Product Owner certification is an advantage.
