Key Responsibilities: ✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. ✅ Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Workflow Diagrams. ✅ Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Clients. ✅ Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process improvements. ✅ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming). ✅ Support UAT planning and validate business workflows. ✅ Ensure timely project delivery aligned with business goals.

✅ Required Skills: ✔ 2–3 years of Business Analyst experience (FinTech/BFSI preferred). ✔ Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies. ✔ Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. ✔ Knowledge of APIs, SaaS products, or software platforms is an added advantage. ✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
