As an Information Systems Consultant, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain information systems that support the operations of our organization. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our systems are reliable, efficient, and secure. You will also collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide technical solutions to improve their workflows.

Job Responsibilities

• Excellent Communication skills (Oral & Written).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Application maintenance and Production support.
• Solid experience Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.
• Experienced with configuration management tools like Puppet/Ansible/Chef.
• CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
• Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Identify operational issues (Performance, Flows, Hardware, Security, Network) in production environment and contribute to corrective and preventive action plans.
• Seamless operations and optimal application functionality are ensured through system performance analysis, problem troubleshooting, and team collaboration.
• Managing data security and privacy across all systems
• Adapt to continuously evolving technical environments, tools and practices by maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Participate in IT–Business meetings to understand business priorities, constraints and operational expectations.
• Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
• Flexible to work on 24X7 rotational shift.
• Experience with approved AI tools and Cloud Certifications are beneficial.

Essential Skills

• Strong working experience on Linux Shell scripting, SQL/ORACLE, and Python/Java
• Should have strong knowledge on Application Morning tools: Datadog/AppDynamics/Splunk/Zabbix
• Experience in working with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef etc.
• Experience in CI/CD ecosystem - Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
• Experience deploying applications on public/private/hybrid cloud infrastructure - i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack, etc.
• Experience working in designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure with exposure to solution design and deployment of resilient, HA, Highly Scalable & DR architecture.
• Strong experience in multiple OS knowledge: Linux and Windows
• Docker containers and Kubernetes - Hands-on experience on writing Docker files and composer files. Experience in Kubernetes YAML files.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging skills. Good performance diagnostic skills.
• Understanding of micro services, application servers, web servers, messaging servers, NOSQL and SQL database technologies.
• Strong experience on Ticket tracking tools: ServiceNow/Jira
• Customer / service-oriented mindset
• Strong autonomy and sense of ownership in production environments.
• Ability to manage priorities and operate efficiently in complex environments.
