Informatica PowerCenter Support (3-9 yrs)-Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Informatica PowerCenter, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL processes, data flow problems, and performance bottlenecks using ITIL methodologies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions through change management processes.
  
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide effective application support services.
  
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter Production Support or similar roles.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E., B.C.A.).
  
• Strong understanding of Informatica PowerCenter architecture, configuration, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
  
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server; knowledge of Unix shell scripting is an added advantage.
