Informatica Power Exchange Admin

Technology->Data Management - Data Integration->Informatica->Informatica - Informatica Power Center Install, configure, and maintain Informatica PowerExchange components. Configure and manage PowerExchange for CDC (Change Data Capture) from various source systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, VSAM, etc.). Administer PowerExchange Listener, Logger, and CAPX components. Monitor and manage data replication and data movement processes. Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, performance, and data capture latency. Manage PowerExchange configuration files and parameter settings. Work closely with Informatica PowerCenter / IICS teams for integration. Ensure high availability, failover setup, and disaster recovery procedures. Optimize performance for near real-time data integration. Maintain system logs, monitor alerts, and ensure system health. Implement and enforce data security and compliance policies. Support upgrades, patches, and migration activities. 2–9 years of experience in Informatica administration or data integration platforms. Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerExchange. Strong understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) concepts. Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server). Knowledge of ETL tools (PowerCenter / IICS). Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting. Experience in troubleshooting data integration and connectivity issues. Understanding of networking and data transfer protocols.
