Position Name: Informatica Migration Engineer

Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and validating the migration of Informatica platforms to a new environment, ensuring system integrity, connectivity, and performance throughout the process.
What Youll Do:
- Design and document end-to-end migration paths for Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, and IDQ
- Install and configure Informatica 10.5.x stack on JBoss EAP 8.0 within VMC
- Coordinate with DBAs to migrate Oracle schemas and Operational Reference Stores (ORS)
- Configure and troubleshoot connectivity between Cloud VMC, Colocation assets, and on-premises legacy systems (VPN, Direct Connect, Firewall rules)
- Manage Hotfix and Service Pack application process (HF4/10.5.4)
- Lead Technical Recovery Testing (TRT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify data parity
- Optimize JBoss JVM settings and Informatica integration service parameters for new hardware specs
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with migration strategies for Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, and IDQ
- Proficiency in installation and configuration of Informatica 10.5.x stack on JBoss EAP 8.0
- Ability to coordinate Oracle schema and ORS migrations with DBAs
- Skills in configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, Firewall rules)
- Experience managing Informatica Hotfix and Service Pack application processes
- Experience leading TRT and UAT for system validation
- Ability to optimize JBoss JVM and Informatica integration service settings
