Offshore MDM Support Analyst
Role Summary
The Offshore MDM Support Analyst will provide Level 2/Level 3 support for MDM applications, investigate data issues, and assist in maintaining master data quality and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production incidents related to Informatica MDM.
- Investigate and resolve data quality and matching issues.
- Monitor MDM jobs, workflows, and batch processes.
- Perform data analysis and validation activities.
- Support change requests and minor enhancements.
- Work with CDI and CDQ teams for issue resolution.
- Document support procedures and knowledge articles.
Required Skills
- Experience with Informatica MDM.
- Understanding of master data concepts and governance.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Informatica IDMC CDI.
- Familiarity with cloud data integration concepts.
- Experience in support or maintenance projects.
