Informatica IICS Platform Administrator

Educational Requirements Service Line Responsibilities

• Administer and support Informatica IICS platform environments.
• Manage Secure Agents, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor platform performance, job execution, and integration workflows.
• Support CDI, CAI, and cloud integration services.
• Troubleshoot platform, connectivity, agent, and job failure issues.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance activities.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Informatica IICS administration.
• Knowledge of Secure Agent installation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Experience in user access management and platform support.
• Good understanding of cloud data integration and ETL concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or MDM.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in automation and platform monitoring.
