Offshore IDMC CDI Support Analyst
Role Summary
The IDMC CDI Support Analyst will provide operational support and maintenance for Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) solutions, ensuring reliable data movement and processing across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support CDI mappings, tasks, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
- Analyze source-to-target data movement issues.
- Support deployment and migration activities.
- Work closely with MDM and CDQ teams.
- Conduct impact analysis for changes and enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC CDI.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT design principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting integration issues.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Informatica CDQ.
- Exposure to cloud integration patterns.
- Knowledge of APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
