Informatica & Cognos Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Informatica & Cognos Administrator to support and maintain enterprise reporting and ETL platforms in a large MMIS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Informatica and Cognos applications.
• Manage Cognos servers, gateways, dispatchers, and content store databases.
• Deploy and migrate Cognos reports and Informatica code across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, report failures, and server-related incidents.
• Perform ETL performance tuning and optimization.
• Manage backup, recovery, HA, and DR processes.
• Collaborate with development and support teams.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Provide production support and participate in off-hours deployments when required.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in:
• Informatica PowerCenter 10.x
• Informatica IDMC / CDI-PC
• Cognos Analytics v11 & v12
• Linux Administration
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Knowledge of HA/DR setup and environment migration.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with US-based teams.
