Seeking an Infor FSM Techno-Functional Consultant with knowledge of Infor OS, Infor Data Lake, Replication Sets, Infor IDM (Infor Document Management), data extraction mapping, and ERP data migration. The role involves extracting data from Infor source systems, managing replication configurations, supporting document management and extraction mapping activities, and preparing and validating data for migration to target ERP platforms such as Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Infor CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management (FSM) and understand its data structures and business processes.
- Understand and work with Infor OS components, including Infor Data Lake, Infor IDM, and related data management capabilities.
- Review and maintain Replication Sets to support data replication and extraction requirements.
- Perform data extraction from Infor source systems, including FSM and Lawson, based on project requirements.
- Support Infor IDM activities, including document identification, document extraction, metadata handling, and document migration requirements.
- Work with IDM document types, keywords, and associated metadata to support document conversion and migration.
- Prepare, organize, and deliver source data files and document extracts using agreed file formats and SFTP locations.
- Support end-to-end data migration from Infor systems to target ERP platforms, including Workday.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping, data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Analyze source data and collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve data quality and migration issues.
- Support migration cycles, mock conversions, parallel builds, end-to-end testing, and cutover activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand extraction requirements, confirm data scope, and address migration-related issues.
- Maintain extraction documentation, data inventories, migration trackers, and project status updates. Support data validation and defect resolution throughout the migration lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Infor FSM and Lawson ERP fundamentals.
- Understanding of Infor OS and Infor Data Lake.
- Knowledge of Replication Sets and data replication concepts.
- Familiarity with Infor IDM, document management, metadata, and document extraction.
- Experience with source data extraction and file-based data delivery.
- Understanding of ERP data migration and conversion processes.
- Source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with SFTP, CSV files, and data transfer processes.
- Understanding of ERP implementation phases, including testing, parallel builds, and cutover.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Infor ERP data migration projects.
- Exposure to migrating data from Infor FSM or Lawson to Workday or other ERP platforms.
- Experience supporting document migration from Infor IDM, including document files and associated metadata.
- Experience collaborating with source-system, data conversion, and target-system implementation teams.
Note: We are looking for a candidate who can support us on a one-month contract, as the current resource will be on vacation during this period.
