Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Infor Consultant to implement, configure, customize, and support Infor ERP solutions based on business requirements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to optimize business processes and ensure successful ERP implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Infor ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize Infor applications according to business needs.
- Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployment.
- Provide functional or technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system defects.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Support data migration, system integration, and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Infor ERP products and relevant modules.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business users and technical teams.
- Experience with documentation, change management, and production support
