• Own day-to-day operations and performance of Workspace1.
• Lead, coach, and manage the WS1 team.
• Drive achievement of operational, service, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, capacity, and resource utilization.
• Monitor SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare performance dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation/standardization.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and applicable standards.
