• Excellent command over Excel, MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
• Good understanding of data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience in coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong email handling and professional communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work within defined timelines.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Candidate should be a go-getter, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Person should be able to put themselves in the customer’s shoes, understand their concerns, and work with other teams to find an effective solution.
• Comfortable managing daily operational tracking, performance monitoring, and escalation handling.
• Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.
