Influencer Marketing

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Influencer Collaboration: Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers, content creators, and beauty bloggers across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
3. Content Coordination: Brief influencers on campaign requirements, product USPs, deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines.
4. Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate commercials, manage influencer relationships, and build long-term brand partnerships.
5. Campaign Execution: Coordinate product dispatches, content approvals, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and overall campaign ROI.
7. Budget Management: Manage influencer campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective collaborations.
8. Trend Research: Track emerging beauty trends, viral content, competitor activities, and relevant creators to identify new opportunities.
9. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements based on results.
10. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, social media, e-commerce, and sales teams to align influencer campaigns with business objectives.
