Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Eleve Media is looking for an Account Manager – Influencer Marketing to join our Bangalore team. This role will focus on managing South India creator partnerships, driving influencer campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution from campaign brief to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong creator relationships, campaign execution experience, and the ability to manage coordination between creators, clients, and internal teams in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong network of South Indian creators across multiple languages, categories, and content formats.
• Own end-to-end influencer campaign execution — creator discovery, shortlisting, negotiations, onboarding, content approvals, and delivery.
• Understand client briefs and recommend relevant creators based on campaign objectives, audience fit, and content quality.
• Manage creator relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout campaign timelines.
• Review creator scripts/content and provide strategic feedback to align with brand requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Track campaign progress, maintain timelines, and resolve execution challenges proactively.
• Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or campaign management.
• Strong experience working with South Indian creators in categories like lifestyle, beauty, fitness, travel, auto, amongst others.
• Existing relationships/network with South Indian creators is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, content trends, creator selection, and brand collaborations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with good project management skills.

AI & Automation Mindset

• Comfortable using AI tools for creator research, script reviews, content evaluation, outreach, reporting, and campaign coordination.
• Should be able to integrate AI tools into everyday workflows to improve speed and efficiency.

Must Have

• Knowledge of any South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
• Existing connections with Bangalore-based brands, agencies, or marketing teams.
• Experience managing regional creator campaigns.
