About the Role

As Executive - Influencer Marketing, you will be the backbone of campaign execution at Kinnect's Influencer Desk. You will translate client objectives into seamless influencer campaigns – ensuring that every creator is briefed, every post goes live on time, and every detail is flawless.

You'll also partner closely with our Influencer Creative & Strategy, Buying, and Content teams, making sure campaigns are not just well-executed but strategically and creatively impactful.

This is a hybrid role that combines the agility of an influencer execution specialist with the relationship management of a client servicing professional. If you're passionate about creators, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments – this role will excite you.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day campaign operations including creator coordination, briefing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Client Servicing Support: Work closely with brand teams to ensure alignment, updates, and smooth approvals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Influencer Creative & Strategy, Buying, and Content teams to ensure campaigns meet creative, strategic, and business benchmarks.
• Content Quality Control: Ensure creator content adheres to brand guidelines, feedback is incorporated, and deliverables are up to standard.
• Timeline Adherence: Track deliverables, approvals, and live dates to ensure campaigns run without delay.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing post-campaign reports with learnings, insights, and impact metrics.
• Culture Custodian: Stay updated on creator trends, platform updates, and pop culture to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital client servicing.
• Comfortable leveraging Generative AI tools for research, workflow automation, and campaign optimization
• Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem (Instagram, YouTube, emerging platforms).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for content, creators, and all things digital culture.
