Influencer Marketing Manager

We are hiring for the position of Team Leader Marketing & Creator Relations with Unisys Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. U Digital Team, based in Karnal, Haryana.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, marketing operations, campaign execution, team leadership, and commercial negotiations.

Key requirements:

• Lead the Marketing Operations and Creator Relations team and drive operational excellence.
• Manage creator acquisition, onboarding, negotiations, and long-term relationships.
• Identify emerging social media trends and develop strategies for viral and high-impact campaigns.
• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent networks.
• Negotiate commercial deals, campaign rates, deliverables, and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and ROI.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes to improve productivity.
