About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-performing creator ecosystem for a fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, campaign execution, and performance tracking across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Identify, onboard, and manage nano, micro, macro, and celebrity influencers aligned with the brand's target audience.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and influencer agencies.
• Negotiate commercial terms and maximize ROI from influencer collaborations.
• Plan and execute product seeding campaigns to generate authentic user-generated content.
• Lead influencer-driven campaigns for product launches and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing and creative teams to repurpose influencer content into high-performing paid ads.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CAC, reach, engagement, content quality, and sales attribution.
• Build a scalable influencer pipeline focused on long-term partnerships.
• Manage influencer contracts, payments, gifting, and campaign execution.
• Research competitor activities and identify new creator opportunities.
• Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and applicable advertising/regulatory standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 36 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
• Experience with D2C brands is mandatory; exposure to wellness, nutrition, fitness, beauty, skincare, or healthcare brands is preferred.
• Strong network of influencers, creator agencies, and talent managers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and creator economy trends.
• Experience using campaign analytics and attribution tools.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
