Location: Kalyan-Dombivli, Maharashtra

Type: Full-time | On-site Internship

Working Days: 5 Days | 10am to 5pm

Stipend: 5,000 to 7,000 /month

GOOD EAT CO™ is a growing healthy, taste-first, protein-focused snacks & beverages brand, building across Quick Commerce, Amazon, and D2C. We're on a mission to make nutritious, protein-rich choices more accessible, convenient, and enjoyable for everyday consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram and other platforms
• Build and maintain a database of relevant creators
• Reach out to influencers and initiate collaboration conversations
• Coordinate product seeding and influencer campaigns
• Follow up with creators and manage collaboration timelines
• Track influencer content, engagement, reach and campaign performance
• Assist in developing creative briefs and campaign ideas
• Monitor trending creators, formats, sounds and content opportunities
• Maintain regular communication with influencers and agencies
• Support the team in building GOOD EAT CO's creator community
  

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable reaching out to creators through DMs, email and other channels
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Ability to identify creators based on audience relevance, content quality and engagement
• Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media or content creation is a plus
