Influencer Marketing Intern Freshers

Responsibilities

• Influencer Identification & Prospecting: Research, identify, and map micro-, nano-, and macro-influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms aligned with our brand aesthetics and audience demographics.
• Maintain and update a structured influencer database with key metrics (follower count, engagement rate, audience demographics, contact details).
• Outreach, Negotiation & Campaign Execution: Draft compelling DM/email outreach pitches to initiate contact with influencers and talent management agencies.
• Assist in negotiating collaboration terms, deliverables, and usage rights for barter, gifting, or paid partnerships under supervisor guidance.
• Coordinate logistics for sample dispatches, PR gifting kits, and property stay invitations, tracking deliveries to ensure smooth execution.
• Content Tracking & Quality Assurance: Review creative briefs with influencers to ensure brand guidelines, product highlights, and key messaging points are clear.
• Monitor influencer posts, stories, reels, and videos to ensure deliverables are posted on time with correct tags, hashtags, and discount codes.
• Archive all creator content, user-generated content (UGC), and rights-cleared assets into a centralized media library for brand use.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track and record campaign metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rates, website clicks, and code conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign summary decks highlighting top-performing creators, ROI, and content takeaways.
