Influencer Marketer

Job Summary : We are looking for an Influencer Marketing professional whos enthusiastic about content creators, social media, and the digital world. This role is perfect for someone who lives online, follows creators, and is eager to learn the ropes of influencer - driven campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to support influencer outreach, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute 70-100 influencer ad campaigns monthly across assigned categories.
  
• Plan, schedule, and track end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple product lines to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery.
  
• Monitor key performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, CTR, Conversions) and maintain detailed analytics reports to meet monthly targets.
  
• Lead outreach, conduct category-fit assessments, and handle end-to-end communication with influencers.
  
• Identify and shortlist influencers based on niche relevance, audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand fit.
  
• Develop detailed creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and execution guidelines including brand messaging, key USPs, and do's & don'ts.

Skills and Experience :

• 2-3 years of experience leveraging social media platforms, emerging trends, and diverse influencer tiers (nano to macro) to drive brand alignment.
  
• Strong proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversions, CTR) to implement data-driven optimizations.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure smooth influencer coordination, contract closure, and long-term creator relationships.
  
• Creative mindset with proven expertise in crafting detailed campaign briefs, catchy hooks, and engaging scripts that drive authentic, high-performing content.
