About the Role

• We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Influencer Content Manager who will be responsible for content operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage relevant influencers and content creators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks.
• Plan influencer campaigns, content calendars, briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
• Create clear creative briefs and communicate brand guidelines to influencers.
• Coordinate the complete content lifecycle from ideation to production, review, approval, and publishing.
• Review influencer content for quality, brand consistency, messaging, and compliance.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
• Track campaign performance including reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze influencer and content performance and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal Marketing, Creative, PR, Social Media, and Brand teams.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging creators, formats, and audience behavior.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign records, contracts, and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for long-term creator partnerships and ambassador programs.
