Mindtel is a fast-scaling digital-first marketing and growth agency powering influencer-led brand campaigns across India's most dynamic consumer sectors — D2C, beauty, food tech, fintech, and gaming. We partner with category-defining brands to turn creators into high-ROI performance channels — blending data, creativity, and platform expertise to scale authentic engagement and measurable conversions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn based on audience fit, content quality, and conversion potential.
• Design and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns — from brief development and content co-creation to performance tracking and ROI reporting.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and exclusivity terms with creators and agencies; manage contracts and timelines across 10+ simultaneous campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to align influencer content with brand voice, product launches, and conversion goals.
• Track campaign KPIs (engagement rate, CAC, ROAS, UTM attribution) and generate actionable insights to optimize future creator selections and content formats.
• Build and maintain a dynamic influencer database with segmentation by niche, reach, engagement, and past campaign performance metrics.
