Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance overall project quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Java Standard Edition.
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles and integration with cloud platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
• This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
