The role demands active participation in discussions, problem-solving, and aligning project goals with client expectations, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that meet industry standards and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within project deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes and industry best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
