Your day at NTT DATA

As a Senior Principal Cross Technology Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you'll bring your deep technical expertise to the table, contributing to the development and design of strategic, large, and complex solutions. Every day, you'll tackle new challenges, driving the completion of intricate technical designs and builds that meet our clients diverse business requirements.

Your role will involve providing valuable advice on the application of your specializations, contributing significantly to solution design, business development, and project transitions from presales to delivery. You'll select and apply the right design standards, methods, and tools, ensuring they are effectively incorporated into our enterprise and solution architectures.

You'll also engage in mapping business processes, ensuring the recommended approaches support the overall scope of the solution. Your duties will include guiding the successful implementation and execution of system solutions, designing components using appropriate modelling techniques, and offering valuable pre-sales technical support to analyse client needs effectively.

This role allows you to influence and guide sales team members, helping them close deals while also managing client proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives. You'll also provide coaching and mentoring to junior technical architects, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-performance delivery across the board.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:

• Extensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of varied technologies.
• Ability to develop and leverage knowledge of reference architectures.
• Significant pre-sales experience with a proven track record in deal closure.
• Proven client engagement and development consulting experience.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on trends and developments in technology domains.
• A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
