About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team for a one-year training period. The trainee will get hands-on experience across core finance functions including accounting, compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
• Support statutory and tax compliance activities
• Work on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Help coordinate internal and external audits
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Passed both groups and currently pursuing final CA
• Eligible for 1-year industrial training as per ICAI guidelines
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Good communication and eagerness to learn
