Industrial Trainee - Financial Modelling & Project Evaluation

Job Title: Industrial Trainee Financial Modelling & Project Evaluation (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial models for real estate projects.
• Evaluate project feasibility using cash flow analysis, IRR, NPV, and profitability metrics.
• Support land acquisition, project budgeting, and investment appraisal activities.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis for new development opportunities.
• Assist in project MIS, forecasting, and management presentations.

Eligibility:

• CA Inter qualified and eligible for Industrial Training.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and financial statements.
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial modelling.
• Interest in real estate/project finance.

Preferred Skills: Financial Modelling, Project Evaluation, Real Estate Finance, DCF, IRR, NPV, Advanced Excel, Budgeting, Forecasting, Investment Analysis.
