Industrial Sales Engineer

Role: INDUSTRIAL SALES ENGINEER

Experience: 3–6 Years

Industry: Industrial / B2B Technical Sales

Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Cement, Steel, Industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers
• Generate leads through customer visits, references, existing networks and market development
• Visit industrial plants, projects, EPCs and relevant customer departments
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
• Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures
• Coordinate with service, operations and technical teams for smooth execution
• Develop long-term relationships with key industrial accounts
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Technical Sales
• Strong customer network, particularly in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical sectors
• Experience in technical / industrial equipment sales
• Exposure to Valves, Actuators and Industrial Equipment will be an advantage
• Experience with OEMs / Manufacturers / Industrial Equipment Companies preferred
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred
• Good understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
