Industrial Relationship Manager

The candidate should be willing to move/relocate to Manchar, Maharashtra.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee factory act compliance, including maintaining accurate records and adherence to safety standards.
  
• Handle union management activities, negotiating wages and resolving disputes through effective communication.
  
• Represent the company before Labor Courts, Industrial Tribunals, and Government authorities (Factory Inspector, ALC, etc.).

• Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  
• Provide guidance on industrial relations best practices to ensure a positive work environment.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of PF, ESIC, and PT filings for both on-roll and off-roll employees.

• Manage the Domestic Inquiry process, including issuing show-cause notices, charge sheets, and conducting fair hearings in line with Standing Orders.

• Manage various recruitment positions including GET, DET, ITI, etc

• Ensuring implementation of initiatives by central HR team at the unit like employee engagement, L&D, etc

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Statutory Laws, Labour Laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour Management, Union Management, Wage Negotiations, and Statutory Compliance.
  
• 14-22 years of experience in industrial relations or related field (HR/IR).
