Part2 Position Summary

Position Summary:

1. To keep the stabilize product process capacity

2. Saving the manufacture cost

3. Actives to optimize the work operating

4. Training the operator

5. Analysis the online parameter and give engineer data, support and optimize the parameter

6. Coordinate the production to solve the online process problem. have ability to give the improvement proposal and take the action plan to improvement or reduce scrap.

7. Follow the industrialization test for products, material, machines, etc.

Part3 Position Requirements

Education Level or Equivalent Experience:

1) Junior College or above the education (rubber or hose technology is preferred)

2) At least 2 years Manufacturing process working experience

Basic Knowledge and Skills

3) Basic Knowledge of the main parameter with CPK. analysis and problem solving;

4) Knowledge of Q7 tools

5) Knowledge of IE 7 tools

6) Basic knowledge of working analysis and method

7) Basic oral English

Part4 Responsibilities

Strategy:

Operations:

1) Online process/quality problem finding/monitor and solve

2) Process key parameter trend chart analysis or CPK analysis; Kaizen or A3 problem solving

3) New production industrialization and failure analysis

4) New material testing

5) WI and process regulation definition

6) Training to operator on process document and operating

7) Monitor the process scrap and reduction improvement (compound/steel wire/FG)

8) Support engineer to execute the new project on improvements

9) Support engineer on production efficiency increase: manpower reduction, capacity increased

Cooperation:

1) Coordinate the production to implement the spec and monitor the spec

2) Cooperation with QA to analysis the leakage root cause and other customer claim problem

3) Cooperation with rubber team to optimize extrusion process and solve the extrusion problem

4) Cooperation new tech dept. to test the new material and new technology

5) At the supervisors request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the Job or become necessary as a result of company operations.
