Lead the Industrail Engineering function for a mass manufacturing setup comprising of Assy lines, Feeder shops to achieve targeted produtivity, line efficiency and conversion cost
Own methods, time standards, layouts to support Production, New Product Introduction and capacity expansion of plant
Drive Continuous Improvement Projects to improvce OEE, line Efficiency and First-Pass Yield
Collaborate with EHS and HR to support Safety and skill development initiatives and drive productivity linked incentive schemes
