About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with experience in productivity improvement, warehouse automation, material flow optimization, and lean manufacturing. The role will focus on implementing AGV/ASRS solutions, improving direct and indirect labor productivity, optimizing layouts, and driving Industry 4.0 initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize AGV, ASRS, and MES systems
- Develop JIT-based material flow and warehouse processes
- Design and improve factory & warehouse layouts
- Conduct Time Study, Motion Study, Line Balancing, and Productivity Analysis
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, OEE, and SMED initiatives
- Improve material handling systems and reduce movement waste
- Set up and optimize warehouse operations including racking, kitting, and storage systems
- Manage Production BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and SAP master data
- Support capital equipment selection, vendor evaluation, and commissioning activities
- Implement Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering
- 3-7 years of relevant experience

A hands-on Industrial Engineering professional who has worked on warehouse automation, material flow improvement, productivity enhancement, factory layouts, and SAP-driven manufacturing processes.
