    • Develop, maintain, and oversee configuration baselines and hardening guidelines for Siemens Energy products, third-party components, and manufacturing equipment.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Grid Technology Industrial Cybersecurity (GT ICS), Siemens Energy Cybersecurity & IT organizations, Digitalization GPO, and other relevant functions to ensure adequate protection of manufacturing, production, and engineering environments.
    • Guide engineering, manufacturing, and project teams on cybersecurity best practices throughout development and operational lifecycles.
    • Review and contribute to technical documentation including requirements specifications, architecture and design documents, implementation guidelines, testing procedures, and user documentation.
    • Support risk assessments, threat analyses, vulnerability management, and incident handling activities related to manufacturing environments.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and factory organizations on industrial cybersecurity matters.

    What You Bring

    Education

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Equivalent professional experience in Industrial Cybersecurity, IT Security, or Operational Technology Security will also be considered.

    Technical Expertise

    • Strong understanding of manufacturing infrastructure and IT/OT security technologies.
    • Experience with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Connected Factory concepts, industrial control systems, sensors, and OT hardware.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity architectures, risk management frameworks, and threat modeling methodologies.
    • Experience conducting Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA) and applying risk-based security approaches.
    • Familiarity with vulnerability management and cybersecurity incident response processes.
    • Understanding of international standards, regulations, and legal requirements related to IT and OT security.
    • Knowledge of secure configuration and hardening practices for industrial systems and manufacturing environments.

    Professional Skills

    • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including shopfloor personnel.
    • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value.
    • Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
    • Excellent analytical, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities.
