Industrial Controller

• Implementing proper cost controlling and review mechanisms
• Operational control over factory efficiency and inventory management
• Developing and animating KPIs/Dashboards for site leadership reviews
• Strengthening controls on inventory and working capital improvements
• Driving finance-related continuous improvement actions
• Ensuring compliance with group and statutory audit processes
• Active support and business partnership with various operations teams

• Degree in Finance, CA, or CMA
• Experience or understanding of industrial or project-based setup controlling activities
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP FI and MM modules
• Familiarity with production accounting systems and financial order closure processes

• Flexibility and the ability to drive innovative ideas
