Industrial Adhesives - Sales Engineers

Role & responsibilities

• To represent the Adhesive/Conformal Coating/Potting Material / speciality chemical solutions for Automotive OEM / Tier 1, Tier 2 manufacturers, EV & Battery Energy Storage system, Electronics manufacturing services and general industrial manufacturing Industries. .
• Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate team member including New Product Development , R&D , Process Engineering , Procurement , Supply chain , Quality & other key personnel)
• Partners with key stakeholders from internal departments, customers and vendors to ensure that the customer's needs are being addressed
• Manage technical qualifications & specifications to serve customer's requirement.
• Work in global environment with different Team members from different countries.
• Sound commercial skills & abilities for value driven sales.
• Strong relationship building at different levels.
• Go getter and self-driven.
• With strong approach of Solution providers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering Electronics, Mechanical & Chemical discipline is preferred.
• 7-12+ year's experience in technical sales to manufacturing Industry, with adhesive / electronic component product portfolio.
• Well versed with Sales process for product qualification to commercialization.
