Individual Relationship Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of personal loan accounts, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing defaults.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking to expand the customer base.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities for other financial products such as business loans, microfinance, rural finance, etc.
• Monitor collections performance regularly and take proactive steps to recover outstanding amounts.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in loan sales or related field (personal loans, unsecured loans).
• Strong understanding of microfinance industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
