Role & responsibilities

The Tax Manager GST Compliance & Litigation will serve as the primary custodian of the Company's Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework across its EPC operations, which typically involve complex multi-state project executions, works contracts, supply-cum-erection arrangements, HAM/BOT projects, and sub-contracting structures. The incumbent will independently manage end-to-end GST compliance, spearhead dispute resolution before GST authorities, Appellate Authorities (AAR/AAAR, Adjudicating Officers, GSTAT), and coordinate with external Senior Counsel / Big-4 consultants for High Court and Supreme Court matters.
